Shipping policy

Every ALLTID piece is made when you order it, not before. That's the tradeoff for something built to last instead of sitting in a warehouse — a little more patience up front, for a piece that's actually yours.

Production & Shipping

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Once it's out the door, delivery typically takes another 3–7 business days within the US, depending on your location and shipping method.

You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as production wraps. If it's been more than 8 business days since you ordered and you haven't heard from us, reach out — we'll find out what's going on.
